Bids Farewell...

When Dell, HP, Compaq, etc can sell complete systems for less than I have to pay just for the parts, it becomes evident that my time has come and gone, not that I really ever made any money doing this anyway. It's been more a hobby than a business and I've done more "free" work for friends and some "old folks" in the neighborhood than I have for actual paying customers.

So having said all that, all things come to an end sooner or later! After having this site up for more than 5 years and only having one phone call from someone that visited here I've decided that I've lost enough money on it and I've also decided to just "go out of business" since it never did actually take off as one to begin with. In the past 5 years I've actually lost money trying to get this business going as a retirement income project.

I'll leave this one final message for those of you seeking advice on a new computer purchase. Windows 7 is a keeper! Also, if you're in the market for a new computer, then my choice would be a Dell over any other brand, and I do own 4 of those! And BTW, I don't get any money from Dell if you buy one from them. This is just my preference, nothing more.
